Indian Brook Camp at Farm & Wilderness

FWIndianBrook263 Farm & Wilderness Road Plymouth, VT 05056We are looking forward to having the 2012 Vermont Art of Mentoring at Indian Brook Camp. The staff of F&W are excited to have us coming and we are looking forward to exploring the extensive wilderness both at Indian Brook Camp (600 acres) and extending into the bordering town, state & national forests. Indian Brook Camp was started in 1941 as a camp for girls which it still is today providing a very strong program uniquely designed for girls ages 9-14.

FWBunkhouseParticipants and staff will be enjoying simple living in open-air shelters (3-sided cabins with bunks and basic mattresses), using composting toilets, and no electricity in the cabins. There are six private showers at the camp plus several shower houses. The two main buildings and infirmary have electricity.

Food is prepared by our kitchen team with a focus on locally grown and organic food (including produce and milk from Farm & Wilderness). We strive to provide meals for omnivores, vegetarians, vegans as well as food allergies (gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free options etc). Please let us know as soon as possible food restrictions so that we can determine if we can accommodate the restriction.
