• If you have a time-sensitive question during your or your family member’s program: use the contact information supplied by the program director or our office (they will share the best contact information with you shortly before your program starts).
• Any other questions: email is the best way to reach our part-time (Wednesday – Friday) office. Please note that at certain times of year (May/June, August, and December) we are focused on launching programs so response times may be slower than normal.
